Self-taught visual artist, Arnaud invites you to daydream and return to childhood with his creations of antique objects assembled by arc welding, riveting and others. ..
It was in 2017 that his late journey began at the age of 46, a native of Beauvais and expatriate in the Montpellier region in As an adolescent, composer and pianist above all, desire and curiosity led him to the plastic arts after being fascinated by the work of certain sculptors using recycled objects like the Australian artist James Corbett who remains one of his references, self-taught having not followed any training in this field, he will become more experienced over the months, first of all by becoming familiar with the assembly technique by simple rivet and screw and over time by the arc welding technique which allows him to go further in his creative ideas and desires.
< p>His work is detailed and studied in advance by initially researching pieces mostly from second-hand salvage, his world revolves around vehicles, characters and animals while bringing a touch of humor and playfulness.
His imagination plunges us with poetry into an enchanting world punctuated with nods to the memory of toys from our childhood.
Continuing his quest Arnaud invests himself in his creations while pushing the details of his achievements into his ideal vision.
