L'oeuvre de l'artiste Pierre Marcel de Saint-Clair-sur-Epte et Roche-Guyon, un grand tube de peinture symbolisant l'IMPRESSIONNISME installée en-bordure de route du Vexin à Amenucourt, a donc étés incendiée en feux dans la nuit du mercredi 20 au Jeudi 21 Avril 2016 !
Cette sculpture a été faite (bénévolement) de décembre 2014 à juillet 2015 posé sur la route D37 à d'Amenucourt 95510 au carrefour de Forges 27630.
Un bouchon de tube, j'ai ensuite peint le blason symbolique de Saint Clair sur Epte. (d'un côté les léopards normands, de l'autre les fleurs de lys Île de France) J'aime beaucoup ce village historique, son symbole suite à son traité de paix 911 avec les Vikings pour créer la Normandie. C'est en ces 2 régions ( et en fait toute la France) que l'Impressionnisme fut né vers les années 1860.
EN 1843, on avait inventé le tube de peinture à bouchon vissé, ce qui fût l'outil essentiel de départ de l'Impressionnisme
