Silent and calm (2024) Pittura da Ajw

I am a research scientist in marine biogeochemistry, and I got a Ph.D. in Sustainable Environmental Science. I like to do painting as a hobby; for me, it is exciting and challenging to combine the spirit of science and art.

I've loved painting since junior high school, but I stopped for years. Then I started painting again in late 2020 when the Covid19 pandemic was ongoing. Until now, I paint as an amateur (I think ☺️) to relieve fatigue and stress.

The paintings shown here are not all because they only show the latest paintings (2022 and onward). Some of the other paintings (especially those painted in 2020 and 2021) I uploaded on my social media.
