Schon mit 18 Jahren hat WOSCHO Wolfgang Scholtz sein erstes Atelier in Hannover, Kurse an der dortigen Werkkunstschule, später einige Semester Kunst an der Kunsthochschule Kassel.
In den Folgejahren zahlreiche Workshops, ausgedehnte Malreisen insbesondere in den Mittelmeerraum und nach Marokko.
Zahlreiche Einzel- und Gruppenausstellungen, Ausstellung in der städtischen Galerie in Westerland auf der Insel Sylt (Deutschland), in der Galerie Webstuhl in Hemmingen (Region Hannover) und in zahlreichen weiteren Galerien.
Seit vielen Jahren widme ich mich ausschließlich der Malerei.
Künstlerische Schwerpunkte:
Meine expressiven abstrakten Arbeiten entwickeln sich aus dem Gegenständlichen heraus. Ich erarbeite überwiegend abstrakte Acryl- und Ölbilder mit übereinander gelagerten Farbschichten, sowie Collagen und verschiedene Materialien.
Meine Aquarelle mit vorwiegend maritimen Motiven und südlichen Landschaften enstehen häufig in abstrahierender Form.
