Viktor Zuk, a contemporary Ukrainian sculptor known for his imaginative and vibrant creations, has carved a niche in the art world with his unique focus on figural ceramics. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, in 1965, Viktor was destined for a life intertwined with art, being raised in a family of architects.

His artistic journey began at the Republic Art School named after T.G. Shevchenko, where he honed his skills from 1976 to 1983. Subsequently, Viktor delved into the world of art ceramics at the Mirgorod College, followed by a comprehensive study of art history at the Kiev Art Academy over the course of five years.

In 1999, Viktor ventured beyond the borders of Ukraine, settling in the Czech Republic, where he further expanded his artistic repertoire, delving into oil painting and ceramics with remarkable flair.

Throughout his career, Viktor has showcased his talents through numerous exhibitions, leaving an indelible mark on the art scene. As a member of the Strontium 90 group of artists in Kiev from 1992 to 1998, he participated in five exhibitions, captivating audiences with his inventive sculptures.

His artistic journey continued with three exhibitions at the Center of Cultural Researches in Kiev from 1998 to 1999, further solidifying his reputation as a visionary artist.

In 2003, Viktor's work graced the walls of Gallery U Zlateho Kohouta in Prague, Czech Republic, captivating audiences with its vibrant colors and imaginative forms. This was followed by exhibitions at Gallery U Brany in Uštek in 2004, the Center of Modern Ceramic Arts in Cesky Krumlov in 2006, and Gallery Oliva in Prague in 2007, each showcasing Viktor's unparalleled creativity and craftsmanship.
