Taruna Singh is a contemporary Canadian mixed media artist, drawing inspiration from her multicultural background and global experiences. Rooted in her Indian heritage, she creates textured art that expresses survival through displacement and assimilation. Harmonizing paint, paper, photography, typography, and foliage, her pieces explore themes of identity and belonging amidst life's transience.

Singh's art celebrates diversity and fosters dialogues that unite people from all walks of life. Each creation reveals life's intricate tapestry, inviting viewers to connect, self-reflect, and cherish shared human experiences.

Singh holds an Associates Degree in Art and Advertising Design from New York City Technical College. After working as a graphic designer for over two decades, the pandemic provided a conduit for her to reconnect with fine art, allowing her to delve deeper into her passion for mixed media expression.
