Nino Trindade, born in Maputo, Mozambique, is an artist whose journey in the world of creativity began with childhood drawings using white sand. His artistic endeavors officially took flight in 1998 when he embarked on his activities as an artist in the vibrant atmosphere of the airport neighborhood.
A graduate in Visual Arts from the Instituto Superior de Artes e Cultura de Moçambique (ISARC), Nino Trindade is currently furthering his academic pursuits as a student at the Pedagogical University of Mozambique. He is enrolled in the Master's course of the 4th edition of Design and Multimedia at the Faculty of Engineering and Technologies, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and growth in the ever-evolving field of art.
Nino's artistic footprint extends well beyond the borders of his homeland. He actively participates in exhibitions both within and outside Mozambique, leaving an indelible mark on the international art scene. Notably, he represented Mozambique as an artist in the Bienal de Gaia in Porto in 2023, held in Portugal, underscoring his global presence.
With a penchant for sculpture, painting, and Pyrography, Nino Trindade has earned recognition for his outstanding contributions to the field. His sculptural works, in particular, have garnered him several awards, highlighting his mastery in this medium. The influence of his artistic prowess transcends continents, as his works can be found in various locations across Europe and Asia.
Currently serving as the General Director of Nilton Trindade Artes e Serviços Visuais, Nino Trindade continues to shape the artistic landscape with his innovative and diverse portfolio.
