ARTIST’S STATEMENT
Будучи концептуальным художником и скульптором, я работаю в направлении Waste Art. В своих скульптурах, инсталляциях, арт-объектах и живописных работах, я рассматриваю тему технического прогресса и экологии.
Мое внимание как художника привлекает проблема общества, в котором мы живем. Я называю его Обществом Парадоксов. Самопознание и самовыражение современного человека происходит через социальные сети, интернет, онлайн связи. Все мои эмоции - будь то радость или негодование, я выплескиваю в своих работах, пытаясь достучаться до зрителя.
Моя задача - помочь людям с помощью искусства пробудиться ото сна, и быть честными перед собой. Самое драгоценное, что есть в нашей жизни, - это время. На что мы его тратим? Как мы распределяем самый дорогой ресурс? Просмотр статусов, публикаций, историй? Разве для этого мы были рождены?
Я считаю, что самый главный вор нашего ресурса - это Интернет и соцсети. Они регулируют алгоритм человека, вводя его в ложную зону комфорта, притупляя его ум, чувства и восприятие. При этом они отвлекают нас от реальности, с которой мы сталкиваемся каждый день: глобальные катаклизмы, последствия технического прогресса, пандемия…
Я призываю зрителя через мои работы побыть наедине с собой, услышать внутреннюю тишину, и на ее фоне - свой собственный голос. Голос, не навязанный идеями общества, рекламой, стилем жизни.
Мои работы, выполненные в уникальной технике Recycling Art с использованием битых автомобильных стекол, запчастей, отходных материалов технического прогресса, символизируют внутренний протест, желание пробудиться и быть осознанными.
Мое творчество - для людей, которые ищут знаки и стремятся к внутреннему совершенствованию.
