My work contains slightly varied elements which I integrate into an ordered, unified space through painting. I create relationships by placing one color next to another, and then one panel next to another. The results intrigue and surprise me. It’s a bit like seeing people at a fabulous party where different energies coalesce. The elements come into a state of unity or discord in unexpected ways.
