Here is one of four abstracts available only as prints, as the originals have been mercilessly destroyed by a little pest (my daughter ☺️).

For me, abstraction is an emotion, an opportunity to think more broadly; it is a separate universe where you can set aside the rules, where you can go beyond your own, or maybe even imposed, beliefs and perceptions.

Voici l'une des quatre abstractions disponibles uniquement sous forme de tirages, les originaux ayant été impitoyablement détruits par une petite peste (ma fille ☺️).

Pour moi, l'abstraction est une émotion, une opportunité de penser plus largement ; c'est un univers à part où l'on peut mettre de côté les règles, où l'on peut aller au-delà de ses propres croyances et perceptions, peut-être même imposées.

Acrylic

Paint using traditional pigments mixed with synthetic resins.

Watercolor

Watercolor is a painting in which gum arabic binds transparent pigments revealing the support of the painting. The gouache, of identical composition, is opaque. A watercolor is a water-based painting on paper. We rarely speak of a painting for a work painted in watercolor. Watercolor paintings are considered to be a unique way to creatively represent dreams, illusions, emotions and luminous feelings using water soluble pigments. However, painting with watercolors can be difficult. It's a difficult medium to master, in large part because it can be ruthless and unpredictable. Mistakes are difficult to correct and its fluid nature makes it difficult to control. Yet it is these very qualities that give the medium its undeniable charm.

Lacquer

Paint made with a resin from tree sap, various shrubs or with lacquer paints based on thermosetting resins. The technique consists in superimposing layers of lacquers with a vigorous polishing between each layer. It is mostly smooth shiny, but can sometimes also be satin or very Matt.

Painting Pastel

Pastel is an instrument widely used in plastic arts. Taking the form of a colored plastic stick, it is composed of pigments, a filler (chalk or plaster) and a binder (gum arabic, oil, wax). We mainly distinguish fatty pastels (oil or wax), dry pastels, whether soft or hard. Invented in Europe at the end of the 15th century, this tool was very quickly used by great portrait painters of French royalty, such as Charles Le Brun, Rosalba Carriera, Jean Siméon Chardin or Maurice Quentin de La Tour, who will be considered the "Prince of pastellists", thanks to a method of fixation of which only he knew the secret.

Pastel

Drawing made with a colored stick. It consists of pigments, a charge and a binder. A distinction is made between dry pastels (soft or hard) and fatty pastels (oil or wax).

Conté

Colored drawing made with colored pencil, an instrument made of a small wooden stick used as a sheath for a colored mine of the same length.

Technic Painting

Painting is an art form of painting on a surface by aesthetically applying colored fluids. Painters represent a very personal expression on supports such as paper, rock, canvas, wood, bark, glass, concrete and many other substrates. Work of representation or invention, painting can be naturalistic and figurative, or abstract. It can have narrative, descriptive, symbolic, spiritual, or philosophical content.

My name is Natasha, but I work under the pseudonym LeeTruka. I'm a self-taught artist. I am from Perm, the cultural capital of the Urals. I love to draw, travel and take pictures. My relatives and friends consider me not from this world. I am engaged in drawing not so long ago but I dreamed about it all my life. For me it is the best way to capture thoughts, fantasies, dreams. I really want to develop my skills and techniques, and as a consequence, to realize myself in this field of activity. And so I am grateful for the opportunity to present myself.

I took part in the international competition Faber Castell & Karl Lagerfeld, where I was one of the 40 best artists selected by Karl Lagerfeld himself.

I also took part in the all-Russian competition Faber Castell, where I won a prize in the intermediate competition.
