Juana Page
Born in Argentina Juana Page developed her practice and love of art in the company of nature and the Latin-American culture. Her themes reflect her dreams and inner experiences, the subject of human body and its cycles.
After finishing her university in Fine Arts, in Cordoba, Argentina, Page moved to New York City, where she received a Master's in fine art in painting from the City University of New York. These were prolific times for her that resulted in various collective and solo exhibitions.
In 2006 Page relocated to Athens, Greece where she continued to produce and exhibit her art. Shortly after her arrival, Greece entered into an economic crisis which propelled her to explore her medium through means of street art and public murals. In the years since her arrival Page has created many murals of her own accord and has as well, collaborated with various refugee organizations and community entities.
In these days, Page continues to create paintings, murals, 3D work and illustrations, teaching art and preparing a book about her drawings.
