La série photographique "Ville noire" est un projet en constante évolution. Le fil rouge de ma vie d'auteur. Cette série a commencé il y a plus de 20 ans, puis a été partiellement exposée à la galerie Hôtel de Clérieu en mai 2014. Elle comprend à ce jour plus de 200 pièces. Comme un travail d'archivage continuel, consistant à saisir l'invisible esthétisme de notre paysage urbain, "Ville noire" a pour but d'aborder la rue soit d'un point de vue purement graphique, soit par l'aura ou l'âme perçue de ses sujets.
Il existe actuellement deux sous séries de "Ville noire" ("Contraste" et "Dans les rues")

Nous parlerons ici de "Contraste", construite de noirs profonds, de blancs et de quelques gris. Des détails architecturaux intenses, ou les lignes ou la récurrence des formes donnent cette puissance à l'image.
