My faith and spirituality has helped keep me alive. With the love of my wife Amanda and our two dogs, I can continue with life. My dream is for one of my pieces of art to be recognised one day when I’ve passed. I’m hoping that the wording on the back of all my paintings will keep my son Dylan’s name alive ❤️❤️❤️
I lost my son and best friend Dylan Callaghan on the 09.04.2021. I moved to France in the same year, a beautiful town called Eymet. I have been inspired to paint with the hope of my sons name to be remembered for years to come.
Dylan and I worked together in the financial services industry. He was only 24 when he passed, a terrible car accident at the entrance to the tunnel in San Pedro del Pinitar in Spain.
I feel that Dylan guides me in my art work. I sign all art in Dylan’s name. In a way I feel that he is painting with me.
I can get totally lost in a painting and think of nothing else whilst I’m working. I would recommend painting as a tool to help with grief. For a while, you can think of nothing else but your painting.
I move to Eymet with my wife Amanda and our two dogs, Ruby and Pearl. Amanda and the dogs have been a rock to me and I literally wouldn’t be here today without them.
Rest in Peace Dylan..
