The painting was painted from life with my dog named Shanti. Just look at those eyes, she looks at you like you're a god! Loyalty, willingness to do anything for you in her eyes. And it's okay that she has a ridiculous coloring and her fur sticks out in all directions, she is the best friend. She's almost human! In the next life for sure) I've heard that dogs that live with humans will definitely be reborn in the next incarnation into a human. I dedicate this painting to all stray dogs.
The painting is painted in the Impressionist style with large structural strokes. I tinted the canvas with a very energy-intensive color inside the painting, which allows you to have a glow around the portrait of a dog. The light also breaks through the background, which allows us to understand and feel the dog's devoted soul, its fervor.
