Dmytro Shevchuk (1964, Kiev) - Ukrainian artist, master of ironic caricature.
Since childhood he was fond of molding figures from plasticine. Therefore, the choice of a higher educational institution was already determined. In 1991 he graduated from Kyiv Art and Industry Technical School (now - Kyiv State Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design named after M. Boychuk).
After his studies he was engaged in the production of master models (sculptures of small forms) for manufacturers both in Ukraine and abroad (Italy, USA).
In 2010 the artist started author's series "Satire as an Art of Life". These are bronze statuettes up to 20 cm high in the genre of ironic caricature.

Dmitry Shevchuk, a contemporary Ukrainian artist renowned for his mastery of ironic caricature and humorous sculptures, discovered his passion for modeling figures from plasticine during childhood. This early fascination paved the way for his artistic journey, leading him to pursue formal education at the Kyiv Art-Industrial School (now Kyiv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts and Design named after M.
