Dong Mingguang is a contemporary Chinese artist. He was born in Qingdao in 1970, graduated from the sculpture major of Shandong University of Arts in 1993, and graduated from the Material Sculpture Training Course of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2001. He is a member of the China Artists Association and the China Sculpture Institute. Dong Mingguang is currently a lecturer in the Sculpture Department of the Academy of Fine Arts, Shandong University of Arts.
