"My name is Diana Alferova. I am a modern self-taught Russian artist, was born in Caucasus. Nature, mounts and waterfalls was my inspiration all my life. I am also a doctor and 8 years at a medical university are far behind. My knowledge of anatomy allows me to embody on canvas the continuation of the human principle, curves, shadows, moods. Working with the reconstruction of the beautiful faces of my patients allows me to see my art through the prism of anatomy, the foundations of all existence.
My creative foundation was formed under the guidance of my father, the Faculty of Medicine, living in the south of Russia, where the nature is unimaginably beautiful. It all instilled in me a passion for colors and textures. After graduating from university, our family's life connected with Egypt, where, in turn, the magnificent Red Sea and the eastern dunes left their indelible impression on my work. Since then, I have been inextricably linked with art in its most beautiful manifestation and embodiment through my hands. Since 2014, I have been painting oil paintings in large formats and my first collection was realized in Egypt.
I'm crazy about traveling, just like my baby. It is not known where in the world you can meet our family in a week. when traveling, I draw the most unsurpassed inspiration.
My art portfolio consists of several collections, oil painting, acrylic and texture, gold paintings, also at the moment I am interested in watercolor, perhaps soon you will see my works in this technique in the Artmajeur portfolio. With love for my work and your space, artist Diana Alferova"
