David Leger is a contemporary French artist. He creates sculptures in stone and mainly in marble, his favorite material. The most used marbles are, among others, the “Grand Antique de Moulis”.

His artistic style will always be one of contrast and vitality. He is intrigued by the sensuous declination of shadows and sunlight that gives the sculpture its rhythm. Leger is looking for movement, a sense of lightness in the shape, and vitality. His work is inspired by his observations of the real world, his own life, and notably the experiences that nature provides.
