Anatomía de la bicicleta es un proyecto artístico que está conformado por una serie de dibujos sobre papel, dibujo sobre lienzos de grandes dimensiones e instalación con piezas de bicicleta.
Estas imágenes nacen tras el uso habitual de la bicicleta de la artista. Si bien este elemento representa un objeto antiquísimo y carga con múltiples connotaciones hoy en día es puesta en relieve por encarnar un sistema integral y holístico, destacándose así por su valor ecológico en medio de la crisis medioambiental que enfrentamos.
En esta serie de dibujos este cotidiano objeto trasciende su mera utilidad, elevándose a planos metafóricos donde se funde con el cuerpo y se convierte en un símbolo que representa las vicisitudes de la vida. Nacen así imágenes simbióticas en las que por ejemplo un manubrio se transforma en un útero, piezas de bicicleta son mostradas como partes interdependientes de un sistema como la vida misma, piñones y platos son dispuestos mostrando la complejidad del pensamiento en distintas etapas de la vida humana.
