The piece was created inspired by a biblical chapter of the book of the apocalypse, specifically chapter 4. There it tells us about what he saw and the message that was given to John the apostle from God. Very impressive to read this chapter which already impacted me and it gives us a message of what will happen in the future. The scene that describes what he saw was: a door opened in heaven and there he saw a throne established there. On the throne one seated and was similar to a stone of jasper and carnelian and around the throne a rainbow similar to an emerald. Around the throne were seated 24 elders dressed in white robes with golden crowns on their heads and lightning and thunder came from the throne. In front of the throne can be seen seven lamps of fire and like a sea of glass similar to crystal and around the throne four living beings full of eyes in front and behind.
Thus they describe the scene that was the one that inspired me to paint this very impressive piece for me.
