In this serene and minimalist painting, I've captured the tranquil beauty of a lily pond bathed in the soothing hues of indigo. The canvas is adorned with delicate water lilies, their petals gracefully floating on the reflective surface of the water. Koi fish, their scales shimmering beneath the surface, add a touch of movement and life to the scene.
The impasto oil painting technique lends a tactile quality to the artwork, creating textured ripples in the water and adding depth to the composition. The simplicity of the design enhances the meditative atmosphere, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the quiet elegance of the lily pond.

I am a Ukrainian artist, but I have lived half of my life in Europe.
I paint because for me it's a kind of meditation in which I lose track of time, designing and creating a whole new world that no one has ever seen before.
Portrait is the most congenial form of art to me. It is incredibly interesting to observe people and visualize their actions and behavior, transforming them into images that can be depicted on canvas.
Portraits of women are my special love. Women are ambiguous, mysterious, magic lurks in them. It's a bottomless world, like the rabbit hole Alice fell into. My paintings are not about female beauty, they are about her inner world, which is inhabited not only by angels but also by demons
Sometimes I paint landscapes and flowers It turns out easily. Probably, painting them, I just relax :-)
