A bow of a decommissioned barge with a large anchor fixed on the upper deck. The anchor is painted black, so is the barge's board, while the upper deck is white with vast areas darkened by corrosion. There is a sort of winch mounted on the bow, equipped with a crank. A sign with number 15 on it is fixed on the upper deck, symbols LOD-P-XV are painted on the board. The barge is docked on a river along an embankment with a concrete curb and scattered rocks on the edge of water. The barge is connected to the land with a gangway, in the middle of which is a closed grating.
