Vasilina Rabtsava is an artist from Minsk, Belarus. Born in 1982.
Painting has been Vasilina’s passion since childhood. From the age of 7 Vasilina studied painting, graphics, sculpture, composition and art history in an art studio and then at an art school. As an adult the artist continued her studies in studios and artist workshops.
Until 2019, creativity was an activity for the soul. Since 2020, she began to go out into the public space and show her works to the world.
In her artworks Vasilina uses the author’s “magic lines” technique - images are created through a smooth interweaving of lines, without a single sharp corner, which creates a feeling of peace and inner harmony. Favorite themes of works are nature and especially trees, abstract compositions that bring to mind a feeling of peace.
The artworks are in private collections of connoisseurs from Belarus, Lithuania, Sweden and Great Britain.
