Artiste précoce, Théo Le Franc côtoie et apprend auprès d’artistes expérimentés pendant près de 10 ans. Un voyage au travers des différentes techniques et matières artistiques pour mieux se les approprier.
Ses œuvre symbolisent l’interdépendance forte et prégnante entre l’Homme et la Terre. Ces corps jaillissent du magma terrestre ; ils sont intrinsèquement liés à elle. Les toiles questionnent sur la place de notre corps, ses fragilités. Elles sont viscérales, pleines de mouvement et de puissance.
Ses peintures sont dominées par le blanc qui figure l’Univers, inconnu, indescriptible, et inconcevable dans son infini. Le noir vient éclabousser les corps fourmillant de vie, en proie au chaos, en errance. Cette bichromie exclusive souligne les mouvements, les oscillations ; tel un ballet, une chorégraphie, ces corps s’unissent et se désunissent, en apesanteur ou en lévitation.
