One of my favorite subjects is fruit.
This work was written in March 2020 under the impression of bright fruits that I saw on the bench of the Old Market in Sharm.
Bright, juicy colors and a rich, saturated composition will give you the feeling of a holiday. The idea to create a large number of eights from fruits arose after reading books on feng shui. According to this ancient Taoist philosophy, the number eight is a symbol of wealth, prosperity and material prosperity.
It is not necessary to make the picture into a baguette, since the sides of the work are painted.
