After closing her manufacturing business, Svetlana began to paint. At first, she created works based on workshop exercises, and later she took private lessons.
She has always been interested in the world of art. Svetlana is a frequent visitor to exhibitions, art events, and lectures on art. "My soul sings through the canvas," she can say about herself.
She mostly paints landscapes and is fascinated by silhouette painting.
Svetlana explores the issue of climate change. In her series of works on this topic, she conveys her vision of what could happen to our nature and how to preserve it. She wants to convey to the viewer that the future is in our hands. We create reality through our actions. Nature, literature, attending plays or concerts inspire her to paint.
