Robert Ricart is a contemporary French painter. His journey of artistic acclaim began in 1986 when he was awarded the Grand Prize of the city of Saumur. This accolade marked the inception of a prolific career, setting the stage for a series of triumphs that would follow.
In 1987, Robert's artistic prowess earned him the Grand Prize of the city of Cholet and the Grand Prize of the city of Avrille Contemporary Art. The following year, he emerged as the winner of the Arts Fair of the city of Cholet and the Baugé Contemporary Art Biennial. His accolades continued to accumulate with the Gemail Grand Prize from the city of Tours in 1987, the Grand Prize of the city of Mans and the Grand Prize of the city of Angers Le Lions Club in 1988, and the Grand Prize of the city of La Ferte Bernard in 1989.
Robert's artistic acclaim extended nationally, as he became the National Winner of the Lions Club for Pays de la Loire and Brittany in 1989. The same year, he secured the Grand Prize of Contemporary Art from the city of Ernee and the Grand Prize of the city of Bordeaux. His journey of triumphs continued with the Grand Prize of the city of Cognac in 1988 and the Grand Prize for Contemporary Art from the ACAM in 1990.
Throughout his illustrious career, Robert Ricart's artwork has graced prestigious exhibitions around the world. His pieces found a home in renowned galleries such as Columns Gallery, Notre Dame Gallery, Vert Galant Gallery, and Ephi Gallery in Paris, as well as the Platini Gallery in Switzerland. Internationally, his work adorned galleries in Florida and traversed borders to enchant art enthusiasts in Costa Rica. The Chevalier de la Barre Gallery in Paris, Montmartre's Obéniche Gallery, and the Miles Gallery in Florida have all played host to the mesmerizing strokes of Robert's brush.
The culmination of his artistic journey led to a recent exhibition at the Petra Brandla Gallery in Prague, showcasing the evolution of his craft. Notably, Robert Ricart's works find a permanent residence at Atelier 16 in Montmartre.
