La première impression est vraiment extraordinaire sur la perspective de la pièce, dirais-je chapelle par mon interprétation, et cette croix morcelée par les ouvertures... Au fond, on dirait le désert alors que dans beaucoup de tes toiles, on y voit la mer... c'est pour rester dans le contexte biblique ?
Et moi ce que je trouve au top la manière dont tu as peint " Jésus " avec cette ascension qui se mélange au ciel tu as su rendre évident ce personnage sans pour autant le peindre entièrement, GENIAL ! Et en plus cela rend l'ascension beaucoup plus évidente presque visible dans le mouvement...

je souhaitais donner une première approche sur la perspective de l'intérieur de la chapelle inspirée des églises mexicaines pour être plus proche de l'aspect biblique.
Les lucarnes s'ouvrent sur un désert qui aide à la méditation.
je voulais une communion entre l’esprit du Christ et ce ciel tourmenté pour que l'ascension soit beaucoup plus évidente, et donner à cette scène toute son ampleur dans sa signification...
