I’m imagining a building where the facades are the folds of a dress.
Yes, the tower is in an abstract form. It is also a combination of fashion, sculpture, and art. It reminds me a bit of Casa Batlló by the architect GAUDI, Sydney Opera House by the architect UTZON, and Joh 3 by the architect MAYER.
Concerning the construction, I’m thinking of fiber-reinforced concrete.
I’m not sure if 3D printing concrete can achieve the task of making the folds. But I know a method with flexible mold for double curved precast concrete elements that is feasible, but expensive.
I was very careful too in choosing the direction of the folds:
- Keeping it as simple as it can be, the eye won't be tired if it understands the shapes and their flexibility,
- Keeping it easy for the concrete casting to make the right shapes,
- Keeping the modern, futuristic aspect generated by the folds.
At the bottom, you can see people. It is an indication of the tower's height which is 44 floors. You can see also at the bottom the majestic entrance mixed with a mystery effect.
I love the red effect of my coloring crayons Caran D'ache, so I’m thinking of keeping a pigmented red color to the concrete for the construction phase.
Hope you like the design, and if you have any knowledge, tips, or contacts who are interested in developing the concept in a project, don’t hesitate to comment or leave me a message in my inbox. I'll be more than happy to assist you.

ARTISTIC DESIGN ILLUSTRATOR
known also as Nader Nicolas AL CHAMAA.
I believe everything has its beauty in one way or another. I am basically a general engineer, combined with art to give illustration a higher dimension. From an artistic approach, i offer and develop concepts of innovation, in art, architecture and urban design at a national and international level.
In the face of the digital wave, I'm setting up new creative artistic ideas. These ideas are designed in phase with the latest digital tools and 3D illustration. Going from this base, i create innovative conceptions achieved on paper, cardboard, wood, canvas, metal... presenting it to the world, waiting for the right future moment to be realized.
Hope you like my creations.
