Le Consulat Café is on a little land island of its own. Wander in and you’ll find a menu of French wines and French cuisine, as well as plenty of vintage charm.
The café was visited by plenty of the acclaimed artists, writers and painters that flocked to the area in the 19th century. Names of note include Picasso, Sisley, Van Gogh, Toulouse-Lautrec and Monet as well as many others!

Kirstin's art is influenced by French Impressionists, Expressionists and Fauvists - such as Van Gogh, Dufy, Cezanne, Matisse, Derain etc. as well as other artists such as Hopper and Hockney. Like the Artists that inspire her, she is also very interested in the expressive power of colour.
She studied at the National College of Art, Dun Laoghaire College of Art Dublin Ireland and Rhodec International UK. She has qualifications in Fine Art and Interior Design.
