Michel Adediran, also known as Ke Ze, hails from Cotonou, the capital of Benin. A Beninese painter, he has always been drawn to the world of art, discovering his passion for painting in 2018 at the age of twenty-four. It was from this point that Ke Ze, meaning "light" in the Fongbe language, was born.
Since his youth, Adediran has embraced a limitless approach to life, advocating for transparency and a desire for understanding. He sees himself as a bridge between society and humanity, aiming to challenge taboos through his art and unleash his imagination freely.
In 2020, Adediran embarked on a journey to Abidjan, where he fully dedicated himself to his artistic endeavors. Despite facing various obstacles and life's challenges, his unwavering optimism has enabled him to adapt and thrive. Adediran creates contemporary works in a KA KA YI style, blending elements of figurative and abstract art to mirror the complexities of reality and human thought.
