You can’t survive everyone and everything — people’s life, animals, helping people who were hurt, even buildings and culture. Every this thing is extremely important and should be survived. However, even when many people behave like volunteers for months (or years), it doesn’t give the perfect result. The main reason is you should concentrate on the problem you can manage. You have to make a choice, maybe the hardest one in your life. And most people feel that helping alive people is the most important thing now. Because as a volunteer, you can help them to survive their lives. This is what my artwork is about: sometimes volunteers should be very strong to ignore dead people, hurt animals, and everything that is destroyed around them. To save people who are still alive.

Materials: watercolors on 300 g watercolor paper.
It can be used with or without passe-partout

My name is Karina Danylchuk, I'm 27, I'm from Ukraine, and art is my passion (and work). My second passion is nature. Relationships between nature and people inspire me to create my artworks - watercolor birds. I chose this medium to show how fragile the bird (and nature) world is: sometimes bold, sometimes transparent, sometimes expressive. All these conditions I can express in art when words lose power. I also try to show the unique personality of each bird.

🪶Also, my watercolor birds set out the difference between people and animals, especially in the way we show emotions. They explain: that when we see a cute bird she can feel emotions that don’t compare with her face. We should remember it when we see any animal.

🪶I want to make sure people give more empathy to other species on our planet. I hope they see how beautiful our world is and how individual every alive creature is. Even the smallest animals/plants on our planet have a right to live in the way they want.
