Jusqu’aux années 80, les chantiers de nos villes étaient clôturés par de brouillonnes palissades faites de planches de bois. Aujourd’hui, les longues tôles d’acier qui les ont remplacées sont régulièrement tagguées et graffées. En créant l’illusion d’un graffiti sur une palissade de bois, l’auteur cherche transposer la pratique du graff contemporain sur les supports du passé.
Très fruitée, l’œuvre mélange la pulpe et l’écorce, suscite le verre et la paille. Voila une pièce désaltérante à consommer sans modération.
Cette œuvre (64x21cm) est constituée de 35 plaquettes de bois (21x2x0,4cm) issues de bois de récupération. Elles sont ensuite collées sur une planche de contreplaqué (80x30cm). L’oeuvre est réalisée à la bombe de peinture, au pochoir et au feutre à peinture. Elle appartient à une série de 3 pièces réalisées avec des pochoirs identiques mais avec des couleurs différentes.
