Original Artwork refers to any work that is considered authentic and not a copy or imitation of the original works of an artist. “I have been trying to make something with my own hands for as long as I can remember myself.
In my childhood, Mom, Dad and I would draw postcards for every holiday, then I tried drawing in ink and Indian ink, did some pyrography. Then there was a period when I did wood-carving. Then I tried my hand at art objects made of one-kopeck pieces and electronic circuit boards. In the late 2000s, I started experimenting with leaded light techniques, and I have been making various miniatures using CDs ever since.

I presented some of my works to my closest friends. Each of my pieces contains a bit of philosophy, a bit of symbolism, and a piece of my heart and soul.
Usually, almost every piece of work I complete is instantly given away; but as of today, I have gathered a small collection, and was bold enough to present them for your attention.

When I start this or that piece, I usually do not have a complete idea in my head, and almost never know what I will achieve in the end. It is the process of thinking the composition over and reconsidering the original idea again and again, which may take several months, until everything falls into place. To be honest, I do not pretend that my art has any significant value; but for some reason I do need to do it, since I spend some part of my time on it, and do so with pleasure...

The search is ongoing – for shape, form, and color – and, perhaps, Him.”
