Claude LOPEZ, an engineer by training, has always been passionate about art. Galleries, museums then

the auction rooms for his collections led him to create the works he dreamed of.

His creations of musical instruments, guitars, saxos, violins, cellos and double bass and pianos

unstructured and discordant are appreciated by art lovers.

Admirer of the Nice school and of Arman, Ben, César, he also creates inclusions and accumulations

in concrete: musical instruments, miniature cars, computer modules.

After exhibiting in the south, in salons, notably “the Occitan painters” in Toulouse,

Perpignan, Narbonne, Le Somail, in galleries, bookstores, restaurants, it has been open for 3 years

his own gallery at his place of residence, Leucate, Gallery that he shares with his wife Anne-Marie,

painter, and guest artists.

Since the opening of his gallery in Leucate, Claude has sold for private collectors,

works exhibited in France and abroad, notably Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium,

Ireland, Eire, Portugal, and at the Museum "Le Musee sans mur" in Font Romeu.
