Cecilia Vilas Boas has developed her interest for painting as she grown up. She studied in NEXTART, a art school in Lisbon, Portugal. Her paintings are mostly in paper and canvas using oil or acrylic.

Her paintings are mostly in paper and canvas using oil or acrylic.
She also writes and has already published six books that vary from poetry to prose poetry.
Her last book is called "Pode um rosto revelar uma alma?" that means "Can a face reveal a soul?" in English. The book was published in 2019 and its a combination of both her poetry and her paintings.
