Catherine Maddens a entrepris un voyage artistique qui l'a amenée à fusionner avec l'essence même de la nature. Elle a parcouru plusieurs parcs et bois, pour chercher "son" arbre, finalement trouvé dans le bois de Vincennes.
Sa peinture "Arbre Cathédrale" est le fruit d'une communion profonde avec un arbre majestueux, un dialogue silencieux où la peinture devient le langage de l'âme. Pour créer un paysage abstrait, révélant cette communion.
Elle a enlacée sa toile autour de son tronc, pour capturer l'empreinte de son écorce, et avec elle, l'essence de son être.
Peindre pour tenter de représenter les réseaux énergétiques ressentis et vus intérieurement, est bien trop présomptueux et impossible tellement c ’est sublime et incomparable, du "non déjà vu”. L’énergie subtile est le langage naturel des arbres, ils sont bien plus que ce que l’on voit avec notre vue physique normale.
Après avoir pris plusieurs empreintes de cet arbre majestueux, elle a poursuivi son travail pictural à l'atelier pour tenter de dévoiler cette danse énergétique et naturelle.
"Arbre Cathédrale" est un hommage à cette force tranquille et à la sagesse intemporelle des arbres. C'est une invitation à écouter le murmure de la terre et à se reconnecter avec notre propre nature surnaturelle.
