Cette tapisserie art brut textile « Mickey » est une des oeuvres d'une collection « les humeurs de la terre, earth moods », initiée en automne 2021. Avec ces oeuvres, celles réalisées et celles à venir, je mets à l'honneur notre chère terre. En effet, je suis très inspirée par la nature. Et la connexion que j'expérimente avec elle est une source d'inspiration. Je commence cette série en automne et rends hommage aux couleurs de l'automne. C'est ainsi que je convie les harmonies terreuses avec les ocres, les oxydes, les ombres brulées les argiles et les anthracites. Ces tons de la terre évoquent l'ancrage et le refuge.
L'automne arrive à peine et déjà , et mes pas foulent les feuilles jaunies balayées par le vent. Le soleil toujours haut par les jeux d'ombres et de lumières révèlent l'or à mes pieds.

La tapisserie "Mikey" est réalisée à partir des chutes de toiles de jutes accumulées dans les tiroirs. Et j'effectue les teintures à la main, à l'aide de thé, café, et brou de noix, parfois des teintures existantes, comme la teinture dorée.
