How does a person become? How is it different from a simple animal? And why does a person become what he became?

I'm sure each of you at least once in your life asked similar questions.

My position is that the formation of a Human occurs every second, from his first breath at birth, and until the very last current moment. Moreover, not only from a physical point of view (growing up and aging), but also, for the most part, in the spiritual and moral aspects.

It can be what someone calls "soul", but not something constant and unchanging, but something dynamic and changing often, sometimes very much.

Throughout our lives, we see various events, participate in them, meet and lose different people, visit different places, gain new knowledge and experience from other people, and also draw our own conclusions, fight or give in to our fears, and so on.

In the end, all this together, to one degree or another, affects who we ultimately become.

And asking the question “why am I like this?”, the answer can be: I am like this, because my life was and is like that!

It is our ability to respond, change, and adapt to the conditions and challenges of life that distinguishes us from soulless objects like a stone or a statue. We, as creatures, are more plastic, and take the form that reflects the world around us.

It is these metamorphoses of a person as a being, and his soul, that I wanted to show you (and myself) in this picture.

I am engaged in sculptural painting - I create a bas-relief on canvas from plaster and clay. I chose this direction because I am in love with volume, texture and the play of light and shadow.
I also create textured paintings for the interior that I want to touch.
The main themes of the works are feelings and animals.
The concept of works in 2023 is the symbolism of animals in the religion and mythology of the peoples of the world.
My paintings participated in the Tavrida Art exhibition (Moscow), in the What is art exhibition at the Boomer Gallery in London, as well as at exhibitions in various galleries in Rostov. I am the Laureate of the 1st degree in several Russian competitions, as well as in the international competition Global Asia (Beijing, China) and the Dubai Fest competition (Dubai, UAE)
