Alla Rasskazova is a contemporary botanical painter based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Plants in all their varieties are her inspiration sources. Her art shows all the beauty of flowers: all their purity, innocence and shades are created by nature and perfect at any season of the year. The artist works with objects, colours and water in a sensual and spiritual way, transforming the natural and creative energies into an infinite source of joy, which can bring happiness and harmony to viewer’s mind. Her favourite medium is watercolour which ideally fits this natural healing concept, having water as a key and the most valuable element for the life.
She is currently working on new series, exploring flowers and plants role in Ukrainian cultural heritage in modern society.
Alla was born in 1979 in Ukraine, her paintings are in private collections in Ukraine, Italy and France.
