Adalberto Miguez, a contemporary French artist, was born on December 18, 1957, in Argentina. Since 1983, he has called Paris his home, where he lives and passionately pursues his artistic endeavors.

His academic journey is marked by a distinguished education, having graduated from the 'Paris - La Villette' School of Architecture and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris. Furthering his academic pursuits, Adalberto earned a DEA (Diplôme d'Études Approfondies) in Architecture & Picture from Paris VIII University.

Adalberto Miguez's artistic exploration extends beyond formal education, evident in various experiences that have enriched his creative journey. In 1980, he delved into engraving and drawing at the Montovani School in Santa Fé, Argentina. Two years later, he expanded his skills in oil painting at the Atelier Fernandez Navarro in Zaragoza, Spain.

Notably, in 1983, Adalberto showcased his work at the 'Textile in Industry' exhibition held at the Center George Pompidou in Paris, marking an early recognition of his talent. Subsequently, he engaged in engraving on intaglio at the Atelier Milschtein in 1984, further honing his skills in the art world.

Beyond traditional artistic mediums, Adalberto Miguez demonstrated a diverse range of creative expressions. In 1997, he explored the intersection of visual arts and literature by writing a poem inspired by a painting by Max Ernst. The following year, in 1999, he ventured into photography, creating a series titled "Animating a sculpture."

In the year 2000, Adalberto engaged in pictorial research focused on the facades of Rue de Chanoinesse in Paris, showcasing a nuanced approach to his artistic practice.

Throughout his multifaceted career, Adalberto Miguez has not only embraced traditional artistic disciplines but has also delved into poetry, photography, and research, illustrating a rich tapestry of creativity that spans continents and mediums.

The Artist was highlighted in an article in Artmajeur Magazine:
