Xiqu centre is a theatre and multifunctional incubator in Tsim Sha Tsui area (Hong Kong). Although quite recent, it has become already a landmark for the area and one of the most interesting parts is the metal cladding of the facade. The rhythm of these curved metal panels is in few points interrupted by big "cocoon-shaped" openings, which makes this architecture even more fascinating. At night these oval openings are backlit with colorful lights and the overall atmosphere is similar to a sci-fi movie.
In this shot, a man is walking in front of this "cocoon": his silhouette creates a dialogue with this metal "entity" and estabilishes an interesting man-machine interaction.
This shot is ideally the continuation of part 1, which you can also find in my collection and the 2 photos can also be read together as a dyptic.

Limited edition of 25 printed on Pro Luster paper, 42x60 cm (comes with a white border for easy framing), with signed certificate of authenticity.
