Мама или папа требовали от ребенка хорошо учиться, быть всегда аккуратным. Нельзя было делать ошибки, плакать или капризничать. Повзрослев, мужчина или женщина могут испытывать постоянное желание одобрения от окружающих. Им страшно совершить ошибку, поэтому начинает работать внутренний ребенок-саботажник. И много других последствий, которые становятся для человека тяжёлой ношей.
