Monsoon rains are arriving in India at this time of the year. Here in Europe, however, it has been quite dry for a while. According to the philosophy of the Vedas, there is sufficient rainfall when people live in harmony with nature by performing their duties. As people disconnect themselves from nature and righteous conduct, there are natural disturbances. This is my small contribution towards harmony: rain is required for all life and growth, and devotion is required for the soul to grow and flourish.

I am a France-based artist inspired by the sacred arts of India. After immersing myself in the philosophy and culture of India for many years through volunteering in diverse cultural projects across Europe, I ventured to India itself to personally experience its vibrant culture. Since 2020, I have been working in various visual projects presenting Indian culture. Currently, my primary focus lies in learning India's sacred arts through masterclasses and workshops led by traditional artists who have preserved their craft for generations. Additionally, I continuously pursue learning in the foundational principles of art as taught in Western art education. At times, there appears to be a significant divergence between Western-style contemporary art and diverse traditional art forms, such as those found in India. However, I firmly believe that contemporary artists can glean invaluable lessons from various traditional and folk art styles. My ultimate aspiration is to create artworks that draw inspiration from timeless sacred art, infusing them with meaning and relevance for the modern world.
