MANIFESTO / Artist statement
A work of art is naturally supposed to speak for itself. But only the creator can endow it with beauty, being beautiful himself. I received the gift of an artist from God.
I am looking for ways to maintain peace of mind. My task is to remain myself in society, having found my unique energy, this is strength. Buddha: “Peace comes from within. Don’t look for it outside.”
Every stroke, every movement is a part of me. Harmony inside - peace outside. The painting begins even more deeply, and the way I display it is a way of self-expression.
With the help of painting, creating art to leave your mark is self-healing. Material values are empty, when you come to the end, look back and realize that you gave your whole life to create something beautiful, and this will remind you of me when it’s all over - priceless, it’s not a pity to give all of yourself for this.
The subject matter of my works is not interested in everyday subjects. In my work, I depict prominent historical figures and heroic figures, creating a new poetics of space, revitalizing stillness and tradition.
Reinventing thought to reflect on deep themes of personality, and most importantly, cultural memory. My creativity is a journey of a thousand miles, it is a formation, and a contribution to the healing of the world.
The best reward is to find those who share my views, who will understand the meaning of my work, even if someone thinks about this, I will already feel full.
