La décision de l'artiste de peindre sur un miroir vise à inciter le spectateur à réfléchir sur lui-même, afin de regarder à l'intérieur de lui-même. Un look intérieur qui n'est pas facile, car filtré et élaboré à travers l'image peinte. Ici le regard intérieur renvoie à l'altérité : le véritable message que l'artiste veut faire passer. L'altérité, en effet, ne signifie pas seulement accepter l'autre par rapport à soi-même, mais aussi et surtout accepter un point de vue autre que le sien. L'élaboration de ce concept oriente le spectateur vers un message de confiance et d'espoir, représenté par les rayons bleus et blancs : une extériorisation de son monde intérieur, précisément parce qu'ils sont le symbole d'une vision extérieure résultant d'une intériorité profondément mûrie.

The artist's decision to paint on a mirror aims to urge the viewer to reflect on himself, so as to look inside himself. An interior look that is not easy, because it is filtered and elaborated through the painted image. Here the interior gaze refers to otherness: the true message that the artist wants to convey. Otherness, in fact, does not only mean accepting the other with respect to oneself, but also and above all accepting a point of view other than one's own. Elaborating this concept directs the viewer towards a message of trust and hope, represented by the blue and white rays: an externalization of one's inner world, precisely because they are the symbol of an external vision resulting from a deeply matured interiority.

One may paint for a more extended period just to realize how little they know about it.
He approaches the canvas without prejudices and with an open mind. The goal is not to create pictures and images as it is to resolve, crystallize form, colour, and mark into a cohesive totality of a rich experience. he is often befuddled throughout the painting process, trying to find his way out and feeling very much like a novice until that moment of clarity arrives. Painting has served as a bridge between his drawing, which is based on natural shapes, and his paintings, layered with colour and light.
