Né en 1963 en France au Mans, Pascal Bourne est un autodidacte.
Depuis l'année 1993, il s'est laissé tenter par des techniques de moulages puis à la peinture sur les plâtres pour ensuite découvrir l'acrylique et créer ses premières toiles.
Une autre expérience lui a permis de s'occuper activement d'un relais artistique dans sa ville natale du Mans ou un collectif d'une trentaine d'artistes y exposait... Mais lui, n'y exposais pas encore ses talents restés cachés.
Sa peinture, il la décrit comme spontanée : "c'est une émotion, une situation qui m'inspirent "l'art-réflexe" et je ressens alors le besoin de transcrire aussitôt cela, de coucher les choses sur la toile."
