Valérie Eccelin-Halluin, encore enfant, fut fascinée par une reproduction de " La liseuse " de Fragonard, exposée dans l'appartement familial et esquissa, très vite, ses premiers coups de pinceaux sur papier.
Adulte, au printemps 2020, elle coucha pour la première fois son pinceau sur toile et n'a cessé, depuis, de peindre diverses œuvres, au gré de son inspiration vagabonde, très vite remarquées et appréciées par son entourage.
