- Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.
How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?
- The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.
Can we buy the work after the leasing period?
- Yes, on ArtMajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).

关于作者
I am a Greek contemporary artist, born in 1994, and I live on the beautiful island of Kefalonia, where summers are hectic and winters are slow. As a person, I have always been drawn to fantasy, drawing and story telling. Early in life, I discovered that this was my purpose, and I followed it. I count myself lucky, especially in a time when uncertainty about the future weighed heavily on many of my friends. My most used painting medium is acrylics, oilcolours and pastels.
In 2013, I began my studies at the University of Ioannina in Fine Arts during Greece's economic crisis. This challenging time prompted me to start working at a private art studio during my studies, assisting a teacher for a year. Shortly after, I was hired by Queen Art's private art studio as a teacher, where I taught people of all ages for four years.
When I moved back to Kephalonia, I was employed by a local public benefit enterprise to teach traditional arts for three years in Argostoli, the capital of Kephalonia. During this time, I traveled to many different villages around the island, teaching art to children who did not have the opportunity to travel to larger cities to pursue their artistic endeavors.
I have participated in numerous local and international group exhibitions, and I was honored to be invited to each of them. The highlight of my exhibition experience was a collaborative exhibition between local artists from Kephalonia and Serbian artists in Belgrade.
For me, art is a fairytale adventure where our past, our future, and our very light reside. Our imagination creates meaning. Perhaps you've seen it, maybe in a dream—a forgotten land, a place where souls may mend your ailing mind in your search for meaning and storytelling. The day always comes when you stand before its decrepit gates, without even knowing why—like a moth to a flame.
My portraits invite you to find your own story through their eyes—faces unknown to the world, yet residing within us all, welcoming you to seek connections. Knights and creatures beckon you to watch their every move in a never-ending adventure to uncover their true goal.
