celui de la rencontre avec les oeuvres de Cézanne, de Turner, de Lejeune, de Modigliani, de Luce et de tant d'autres, nostalgie d'un passé fait de ruptures, de recherches et de liens.
Depuis les années 1980, j'observe en tant qu'architecte, l'univers étrange et secret de l'AC ( Art Contemporain). Cette mise en obligation de ce qui FAIT Art ou non Art m'a toujours rendu très curieux en tant que non peintre. L'architecture a suivi les mêmes travers..
Le subterfuge se dévoile lentement et le public s'informe de plus en plus.
Aujourd'hui je suis peintre... une sorte de continuité dans mes recherches.
Je m'intègre délibérément dans une nouvelle dynamique créative, celle d'un Art Contemporain Nouveau, émergeant d'une longue période quasi aveugle, de non sens, de non forme, d'un conceptuel anti-conceptuel. J'appartiens à cet Art Caché Nouveau qui oeuvre en silence depuis les années 60, celui de la main et de la technique "revendiqués", en pleine renaissance et pleinement plébiscité par le public.

The subterfuge slowly unfolds and the public becomes more and more informed.
Today I’m a painter.
I belong to a creative dynamic of a New Contemporary Art, emerging from a long period of almost blind, nonsense, non form, an anti-conceptual conceptual. I belong to this Hidden New Art which has been working in silence since the 1960s, that of the hand and the technique claimed, in full renaissance, fully acclaimed by the public.
